What You Bring
- Basic knowledge or experience in data engineering, data quality engineering, or data migration roles.
- Prefer SQL proficiency, especially in PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and analytic functions. Prefer a little bit of hands-on experience validating or testing data migrations or multi-source integrations. Experience with ETL/ELT tooling would be great.
- Familiarity with modern cloud data warehouses.
- Basic understanding of data modeling: star schema, normalization, SCD patterns, and best practices (preferred; not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Python for scripting validation or automated testing; and PySpark.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data accuracy and completeness.

- Experience with automated data testing frameworks.
- Background in healthcare data, PHI handling, or regulated environments.

Potential for Permanent Employment:
If there is a team requirement and you demonstrate strong performance during the internship, you may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
